These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of narra-tours.com and the purchase of NarraTours digital tours, bundles and passes (the "Service"). The Service is operated by NarraTours S.r.l., Via Romante 13, 01000 Roma (RM), Italy, VAT/P.IVA IT 092387890 ("NarraTours", "we", "us"). By using the site or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits your mandatory rights under EU law and the Italian Consumer Code.
NarraTours provides self-guided cinematic audio tours: streaming audio stories, visual experiences, historical reconstructions, interactive maps and an AI city guide, accessible from your phone's browser without installing an app. The Service is digital content — it does not include a physical guide, transport, entrance tickets to monuments or museums, or any in-person service.
Access to your digital content is delivered immediately after purchase via a personal link. Individual tours remain active for 30 days from purchase; the Premium All-Access Pass includes lifetime access. [⚠ CONFERMARE: durata accesso tour singoli vs pass] "Lifetime" means for as long as NarraTours operates the Service for the relevant city.
You are responsible for keeping your access link confidential and for having a compatible device and a mobile data connection while touring.
Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to enjoy the purchased content for private, non-commercial use. Group options are available in our bundles (the Essential 3-Pack allows additional people for a fee; the Premium All-Access Pass covers your travel group).
You may not: share, publish, resell or redistribute the content or your access link; record, download, extract or copy audio, video, maps or texts; use the content commercially (for example as part of paid tours you offer to others); or attempt to bypass technical protection. We may suspend access used in breach of this section, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
Every purchase is covered by our 48-hour money-back guarantee, and EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on content not yet accessed. At checkout you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once access begins (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). All details, timelines and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
As a consumer you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles 135-octies and following of the Italian Consumer Code). If the content is defective and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may choose between a replacement, a price reduction or a refund — see Section 6 of the Refund Policy.
The AI guide included with every tour is an automated assistant provided for information and entertainment. It can occasionally be inaccurate or out of date: always verify practical details that matter (opening hours, tickets, transport, accessibility) with official sources, and never rely on it for medical, legal or emergency matters. In an emergency, call 112.
All content of the Service — audio productions, scripts, videos, reconstructions, maps, graphics, logos and software — is owned by NarraTours or its licensors and protected by copyright and other IP laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond the personal license in Section 4.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, introduce malicious code, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but brief interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve or update tour content over time; changes to content you have already purchased will never reduce its substance or value. If we ever had to discontinue a purchased tour during your access period, you would be entitled to a proportionate remedy, including a refund where due.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including all mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example network outages, third-party platform failures) or by use of the Service contrary to these Terms, and our liability is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
Accommodation hosts who distribute NarraTours discount codes to their guests participate under a separate partner arrangement, which governs commissions and payouts. These Terms apply to hosts only in their capacity as users of the site.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or domicile as provided by the Italian Consumer Code. We always try to resolve issues directly first — talk to us. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to future purchases — the Terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that govern it.
